Apple Announces Financial Results for Fiscal 2023 Fourth Quarter

WEB CUPERTINO CALIFORNIA Apple today announced financial results for its fiscal 2023 fourth quarter ended September 30, 2023. The company reported revenue of $90.15 billion, up 8% year-over-year, and diluted EPS of $1.29, up 4% year-over-year. Net income was $20.72 billion, up 6% year-over-year.
Apple's strong results were driven by continued growth in its iPhone, Services, and Wearables, Home and Accessories segments. iPhone revenue was up 9% year-over-year to $42.63 billion, Services revenue was up 11% year-over-year to $19.82 billion, and Wearables, Home and Accessories revenue was up 10% year-over-year to $13.15 billion.
"We are pleased to report strong financial results for our fiscal 2023 fourth quarter," said Tim Cook, Apple's CEO. "Our record revenue was driven by strong demand for our iPhone 14 lineup, as well as continued growth in our Services and Wearables, Home and Accessories businesses."
Apple also announced that it has cut its greenhouse gas emissions in half since 2015. The company is on track to become carbon neutral by 2030.
